Mac Burrell Bs, MDiv
PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR
Mac Burrell is a Mississippi native and seasoned law enforcement professional with over 30 years of experience in public safety, leadership, and investigations. After growing up in Mississippi, he spent 27 years in Alaska, serving in progressively responsible leadership roles and earning a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement.
One of Mac’s key accomplishments was building a police department for a public school system from the ground up. He hired and trained School Resource Officers, he developed policies and procedures, secured grant funding, implemented operational standards, and led the agency through certification. This resulted in a fully certified police department. As Chief of Police, he oversaw all operations while ensuring the safety of students, staff and the community.
Throughout his career, Mac has conducted and supervised investigations, developed security and risk management strategies, and collaborated with public agencies and community leaders. His experience includes criminal investigations, leadership, police development, crisis management, and organizational planning.
Mac provides professional, confidential, and objective investigative services. He works with attorneys, business and private individuals, approaching every case with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to uncovering the facts.
Education: Bachelor of Science BS Psychology, Masters of Divinity MDiv
Outside of work, Mac enjoys spending time with family, he is a Harley- Davidson motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys his horse, hunting, classic cars and working on his land.
Julia Sullivan Burrell
LEGAL NURSE CONSULTANT
Julia Sullivan Burrell (Homrighausen) is a West Coast native who moved to Mississippi via Louisiana several years ago. She is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of diverse clinical experience in emergency medicine, critical care, medical-surgical nursing, hospital leadership, and travel nursing. Throughout her career, she has cared for hundreds of patients in fast-paced, high-acuity environments where critical thinking, sound judgement, and attention to detail are essential.
Her experience includes Emergency Department nursing, intensive patient care, and serving as a House Supervisor providing leadership and operational oversight and staff support. As a travel nurse, Julia has worked within diverse healthcare systems, giving her a broad understanding of medical standards, documentation, hospital policies, and patient care practices.
Before beginning her nursing career, Julia proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, working in a Huey and Cobra Squadron, handling the personnel records of nearly 300 Marines during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Her favorite duty station was a year in Iwakuni, Japan and visiting Hiroshima. She developed the discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence that continue to guide her professional life.
As owner of Eagle Eye, Julia combines her extensive healthcare experience with investigative principles to assist attorneys, insurance professionals, healthcare organizations, and private clients with medical record review, case analysis, healthcare-related investigations, and objective reporting. Her clinical background provides valuable insight into complex medical issues and healthcare documentation.
